The Dream

As a young girl raised in Wisconsin, I dreamed a dream every little girl dreams of. Though only in the second grade, it has remained with me. Riding a horse through an "orange" cavern, similar to that of the Rocky Mountain range, I rode in stride, a beautiful red horse. Doesn't seem too incredible, until some 30 years later, I moved to GA where the ground is made up of orange clay! It was then I realized God had made my dream a reality.

Fast forward a couple decades and Sweet Dreams Farm has become a humble, yet thriving, ministry for youth, adults, and families. Cavern walls are like a symbol of shelter and safety, a reminder of the mighty fortress we have in the safe arms of God. The dream that God manifested in Sweet Dreams Farm has become a similar safe-haven for horses and humans. We have witnessed countless testimonies of students, their families, and horses find a special peace and rescue through the gates of Sweet Dreams Farm. We are blessed to be surrounded by wonderful, Christ-loving, supporters and staff, who have kept the dream alive. We walk each day in the faithfulness of God, as he shows us the next dream for our farm.

Ministry Expansion Campaign

For years, the Sweet Dreams Farm community has dreamed and hoped that we could one day expand the safe haven that God has created here to the fields of the lower land. We have hopes to create new spaces to support, mentor and train youth, adults, and families. We have been blessed with the free use of 18.8 Acres on the adjacent lower land. Through the gracious cooperation and generosity of the land owner, we are pleased to announce that we will be expanding our ministry to the lower land. We are beginning a fundraising campaign to gain ownership of the land. With this new space, we seek to extend the safe-haven that God has blessed our farm with.

Fall Fun for Everyone! We have an incredible turnout for our festival and an enormous show of support from our community and program families! We hope to host again one day when the Field of Dreams is open to the public! |

July 17th, 2021 | Fundraiser Dinner & Show
Our kickoff, fundraiser event was a huge success! We had over 70 people in attendance and despite a little rain we were blessed to raise enough money to meet our down payment goal for the Field of Dreams! We extend our deepest gratitude to the generosity of all those who came out in support. |
